Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the pastry: Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Arrange the apples: Lay the apple slices evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly across the apples.
Roll it up: Starting from the longer side, gently roll the pastry into a log.
Slice into swirls: Cut into 1.5โ2 cm slices and place them flat on the baking tray.
Brush with egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 15โ18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly and dust with icing sugar before serving.
