Protein Multigrain Bread in a Jar – No White Flour, No Yeast

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add the warm milk and mix well.

Stir in the psyllium husk and let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken.

Add all the seeds and almonds to the mixture.

Mix in the baking powder.

Stir everything until you get a uniform batter.

Pour the batter into a heatproof jar or a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
