Pineapple, Orange, Ginger & Turmeric Juice – Nature’s Anti-Inflammatory Elixir

Prepare the Ingredients

Peel and chop the pineapple and oranges.

Chop the ginger and turmeric root if using fresh.

Blend

Place all ingredients in a blender: pineapple, orange, ginger, turmeric, and water.

Blend until smooth.

Strain (Optional)

If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.

Serve

Pour into a glass over ice.

Add honey if desired and stir well.
