Okra Water Recipe – Nature’s Detox Drink

Ingredients
4 fresh okra pods

1 glass of water (about 250 ml)

Instructions
Rinse the okra pods thoroughly under running water.

Cut off the ends and slice each pod in half lengthwise (or slice into rounds if you prefer).

Place the okra pieces in a glass of water.

Cover and let it sit overnight at room temperature (6–8 hours).

In the morning, remove the okra pieces and drink the water on an empty stomach.
