In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

Add the water gradually while stirring with a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.

Stir in the oil until evenly mixed.

Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of dough onto the pan and spread it lightly into a round shape (about 6-8 inches in diameter).

Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until cooked through.

Repeat with the remaining dough.
