Prepare the Parsley Tea:
Wash and chop the parsley.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the parsley.
Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 more minutes.
Strain and Combine:
Strain the parsley water into a clean container.
Add the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
Stir in the honey (optional).
Bottle and Store:
Pour into a glass jar or bottle with a lid.
Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
