Honey Garlic Ribs – Don’t Lose This Recipe

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Place the pork spareribs on a large baking tray or roasting pan lined with foil.

In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and distilled white vinegar until well combined.

Brush the sauce generously over the ribs, coating both sides.

Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.

Remove the foil, baste the ribs with more sauce, and increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F).

Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes to caramelize the sauce and create a sticky glaze.

Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
