Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, ham, Parmesan cheese, and diced onion. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish or baking dish.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
