Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa and Rice

Prepare the Salsa:
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and gently toss. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.

Marinate the Salmon:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this marinade evenly over the salmon fillets. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes for best flavor.

Grill the Salmon:
