Easy 4-Ingredient Homemade Bread

In a large bowl, combine warm water and dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

Let cool before slicing.
