Drink Carrot Juice to Glow Skin, Improve Eyesight, and Look 20 Years Younger

Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly.

If using, core and chop the apple and peel the ginger.

In a juicer or blender, combine carrots, apple, and ginger. Add a little water if using a blender.

Juice or blend until smooth. If blended, strain the juice using a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
