Creamy Scalloped Potato Bake with Ground Beef & Bacon

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside and drain on paper towels.

Brown the ground beef in the same pan with chopped onion until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.

Prepare scalloped potatoes in a large bowl with the seasoning packet and required liquid (usually milk or water), as instructed on the box.

Combine the beef, bacon, cream of potato soup, and potato mixture in a large baking dish. Mix well.

Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbling.

Optional: Sprinkle with cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking for a melty topping.
