Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 1–2 minutes until creamy.

Divide cooked rice between serving bowls. Top with sliced chicken and spoon sauce over the top.
