2 packs cream stiffener (e.g. Dr. Oetker Whip It or similar)
400 g quark
400 g plain yogurt (natural, unsweetened)
150 g sugar
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
or 1 large can peaches/apricots, diced
200 g butter biscuits (tea biscuits or digestive cookies)
