Coca-Cola Chicken Thighs Recipe

Rinse chicken thighs and season them with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté ginger, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.

Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides for about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in Coca-Cola, soy sauce, and white vinegar. Add the star anise.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.

Occasionally spoon the sauce over the chicken to keep it moist and flavorful.

Remove star anise before serving.
