Burrata Caprese Salad

Prepare the Tomatoes: Slice the heirloom tomatoes and halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange them on a serving plate.

Add Burrata: Gently place the burrata in the center or tear it into smaller pieces over the tomatoes.

Garnish with Basil: Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad.

Drizzle & Season: Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
