Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt if using. Mix well until smooth.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the bake is set in the middle.
Let it cool slightly before slicing.
