In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined—do not overmix.
Fold in the blueberries carefully.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
