In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, raisins, chopped walnuts, and chopped dried apricots.

Add the mashed banana and stir well to combine all ingredients into a sticky mixture.

Line a small baking tray or dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into it.

Melt the dark chocolate with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
