Place the sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess water.
After 10 minutes, gently squeeze the cucumbers to remove the liquid and transfer them to a fresh bowl.
Add chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Korean red pepper flakes.
Toss everything together until the cucumbers are evenly coated with the spicy seasoning.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
