Spiced Chicken Curry

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates.

Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and desired spices.

Cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Add water if needed to adjust the gravy consistency. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
