Introduction:
This bread recipe uses only one surprising secret ingredient: vinegar (9%). It adds an incredible texture and helps the bread rise perfectly. Passed down from my grandmother, it’s easy and yields a wonderful homemade bread with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 470–500 grams
Dry yeast: 5 grams
Poppy seeds: 2 tablespoons
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar (9%): 1 teaspoon
Egg: 1 (room temperature)
Vegetable oil: 25 ml
Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
