In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, celery, jalapeño, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, and onion.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, tomato juice, tomato sauce, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Chill:
