Healthy Banana Cocoa Oatmeal

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Add the oatmeal and a pinch of salt, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and stevia together.

Slowly add the egg mixture into the oatmeal while stirring continuously to avoid scrambling.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the oatmeal thickens and the eggs are fully incorporated.

Serve warm, optionally topped with sliced bananas or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for extra flavor.
