In a saucepan, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add the white sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Gradually sprinkle the jelly powder into the boiling water while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Continue stirring and cook for about 5 minutes until the jelly powder is fully dissolved.
Pour the jelly mixture into a large bowl or mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer the jelly cubes and fruit cocktail pieces.
Pour the cream over the jelly and fruit mixture.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
