Easy & Creamy 2-Minute Pasta Recipe

Cook the pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 7-9 minutes (follow package instructions). Drain and set aside.

Prepare the sauce:
In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent (2-3 minutes).

Add milk and seasonings:
Pour in the milk, oregano, dried garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Melt the cheese:
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Combine:
Return the cooked pasta to the pot. Mix well to coat all pasta with the creamy sauce.

Serve:
Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
