Decadent & Easy No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cake – A Slice of Heaven!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Mix well.

Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring often to avoid burning.

Pour the melted chocolate into the biscuit and coconut mixture. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir everything until fully combined and sticky.

Line a small cake pan or loaf tin with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the pan, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

Remove from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
