Creamy Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake — A Timeless Classic!

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, steam or boil the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic until softened and fragrant.

Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, chicken, and creamy sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently to combine.
