Step 1: Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings and toss well to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
Step 2: Cook the Wings
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken wings (reserve the marinade) and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3: Glaze and Finish
Pour the reserved marinade over the wings. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the wings in a sticky glaze (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 4: Serve
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
