Ingredients:

140 g (2/3 cup) milk, room temperature
30 g (2 1/2 tbsp) condensed milk
30 g (2 1/2 tbsp) sugar
5 g (1 tsp) salt
5 g (1 1/2 tsp) instant dry yeast
250–300 g (2 to 2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour (adjust as needed)
30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
Optional Topping:
Extra condensed milk for brushing
