Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese — Ultimate Seafood Melt!

In a bowl, toss cooked shrimp with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder (if using). Mix well.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Take one slice of garlic bread, layer with mozzarella, a generous amount of shrimp mixture, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover with another slice of garlic bread to form a sandwich.

Butter the outside of both bread slices lightly.

Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Press gently with a spatula for even grilling.

Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
