This quick and tasty broccoli and mushroom stir-fry is so delicious that I make it at least three times a week. It’s simple, healthy, and full of flavor — perfect as a side dish or a light main!

Water for boiling

Salt, to taste

300 g (10.5 oz) mushrooms, sliced

1 garlic clove, whole

2 tablespoons olive oil (for mushrooms)
