In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and yogurt. Mix well.

Gradually add warm milk while stirring.

Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth, thick batter (not too stiff).

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it slightly to form a round shape.

Cover the pan with a lid and bake for about 3 minutes on one side.

Flip the bread carefully and bake the other side for another 3 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
