Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the pork tenderloin with minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs.
Wrap the pork tenderloin tightly with bacon slices, securing them if needed with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped pork on all sides until the bacon is crispy and golden (about 5-7 minutes).
Transfer the pork to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F). Let rest before slicing.
Meanwhile, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray.
Roast the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Serve slices of pork tenderloin alongside roasted potatoes and a dollop of tangy yogurt sauce.
