2 hard-boiled eggs, halved

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/2 cup cooked chickpeas (or canned, rinsed and drained)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and black pepper to taste
