Zucchini Crust Pizza – Easy and Budget-Friendly

Grate the zucchini and place in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.

Squeeze the zucchini well using a clean cloth or paper towel.

In a bowl, mix the drained zucchini with eggs, garlic, dill, and black pepper.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping it like a pizza crust.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden.

Remove from oven, add optional toppings if desired, and return to the oven for 5–10 minutes.

Slice and serve warm.
