Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Lightly dust a surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and dried basil until smooth.
Cut the puff pastry into small rectangles or circles. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread a spoonful of the cream mixture on each piece.
Top with a few slices of zucchini (sprinkled with salt) and some chopped bacon.
Brush the edges with egg yolk and sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
