The Immunity-Boosting Elixir: Cloves, Cabbage, and Onion

Wash and chop the cabbage and onion into chunks.

Place cabbage, onion, and cloves in a large pot with 2 liters of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes.

Strain the liquid into a clean glass bottle and refrigerate (up to 3 days).

Drink one 250ml glass daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
