In a bowl, toss the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the pan and mix well with the veggies.
Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2 minutes to heat through and combine flavors.
Serve hot.
