Parsley: The Natural Remedy for Achy Knees, Joints & Bones

Ingredients:

2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp turmeric (optional)

Instructions:

Warm olive oil slightly.

Crush parsley and mix into oil.

Massage onto knees or joints for 5 minutes.

Leave on 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
