Ingredients:
1 handful fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dried)
2 cups water
½ lemon (juice only, optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Boil water and add parsley.
Simmer 5-10 minutes, then strain.
Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
Drink twice daily to reduce inflammation and strengthen joints.
