Original No-Bake Creamy Banana and Chocolate Tart

Prepare the crust: Crush the biscuits finely and mix with melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan (20–22 cm). Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Make the ganache: In a saucepan, heat the cream until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate, salt, and vanilla until smooth.

Assemble: Arrange banana slices over the crust. Pour the warm chocolate ganache over the bananas and smooth the top.

Chill the tart in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Before serving, top with whipped cream, banana slices, or chocolate shavings if desired.
