Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in yogurt, oil, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add dry ingredients to wet, mix until just combined.
Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour and gently fold them in.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, then drizzle with lemon glaze if desired.
