Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy and smooth.
Add vanilla sugar and vegetable oil, stirring well to combine.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until a smooth dough forms.
Pour the dough into a greased or lined pie pan, spreading evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
