Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
Add the uncooked rice, broth, condensed soup, and shredded cheese. Stir everything well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, or until the rice is tender and creamy. Stir once around the 2-hour mark if possible.
Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, etc.) as needed.
