In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Beat the eggs and mix them into the bananas.
Add fresh milk, sugar, and salt; stir well to combine.
Gradually add the flour and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour small portions of the batter onto the pan to form cakes.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve warm.
