Easy Runzas - Rolls stuffed with Beef

Preheat oven according to Rhodes roll package instructions.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Roll out each Rhodes roll dough piece. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center.

Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal completely.

Place rolls on a baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake according to roll package directions or until golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.
