Delightfully Chewy Coconut Bars

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.

Add your choice of sweetener or wet ingredients (such as condensed milk or eggs) to bind the mixture—(note: see variations for suggestions).

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
