Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, bell pepper, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the stuffing.
Stuff each catfish with the mixture and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
Place the stuffed fish on a greased baking dish.
In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, white wine, butter, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the fish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
