Cinnamon and Bay Leaf Fat-Burning Drink

1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp cinnamon powder)

3 dried bay leaves

3 cups water

Juice of half a lemon (optional)

1 tsp honey (optional)

How to Make:
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

Add the cinnamon and bay leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Strain into a cup. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.

Drink 1 cup in the morning before breakfast, and another before bed.
